1 The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the American National Standard ANSI B16.34, American Petroleum Institute standard API16D requirements.

2The valve disc is of the swing type, the flow channel is straight through, and the vertical pipe of the horizontal pipe can be installed.

3 The rocker pin adopts a built-in structure, which reduces the disadvantage of external leakage.

The valve body cover of the valve body is bolted. The pressure is higher than Class 600Lb under high pressure conditions. The inner flange is self-sealing structure with internal pressure, which makes the product light in weight and reliable in sealing.

American standard high-pressure swing check valve installation should pay attention to the following things:

1. Do not allow the check valve to bear weight in the pipeline. The large check valve should be independently supported so that it is not affected by the pressure generated by the piping system.

2. When installing, pay attention to the direction of the medium flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow in the valve body.

3. The lifting vertical flap check valve should be installed on the vertical pipe.

4. The lift horizontal flap check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipe.
